Compassionate Coaching Collective is a "pay it forward" initiative that provides subsidized, affordable self-development guidance to individuals with limited financial resources, empowering them to thrive, succeed and have better quality of life.

In private One-on-One sessions with me, you will :

• Discover your Enneagram personality type and what it means for you as a unique individual.

• Understand your unique personality traits, motivations, and tendencies. Why you do what you do?

• Gain insights into your mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns in day to day life, when you are at best and under stress so you can manage it effectively.

• Learn to recognise your strength so you can leverage on it. Also catch your blindspots and make them work for you!

  Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and well-being as a whole individual, focusing on what matters most to you so you can thrive!
  

• If you are a WOMAN, from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand or Phillipines, this is for you!

• Able to converse comfortably in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

• You might own a small business or planning to start one. Or you could be a supervisor, manager, community leader or in any leadership position.

• You want to develop yourself and strengthen your leadership, so you can create better influence and positive impact for people around you - family and business included!

• You currently have moderate level of income - max SGD 2000 or equal - and want to make more to support your loved ones, give back to community and do whatever you want!

• You are hungry, ready and willing to DO WHAT MOST PEOPLE WON’T, SO YOU CAN HAVE WHAT MOST PEOPLE CAN’T!

  While financial eligibility criteria applies, we rely on the trust and integrity of participants. No disclosure or questioning of personal income details will be required.

1. Qualified participants will receive individual Enneagram profilling, report and an indepth briefing session with a highly subsidized rate.

2. 4-6 follow up sessions, or to help you gain the most practical benefits from the profilling. I will also be your accountability partner.

Each session is 1 hour, across 4-6 months on mutually agreed time.

Subsequent sessions will have a fee based on the participant's financial capacity and their perceived value of each session.

Suggested amount : SGD 25 - 150 per session.

1. Open to women from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Phillipines, who is business owner, supervisor, manager, or in any leadership posituon.

2. Current income capped at SGD 2000 or equal.

3. Participant is seeking support in self-development, willing to invest and commit to the process.

4. Willing to commit to 4-6 sessions and prepared to attend each scheduled session according to the mutually agreed upon commitment. Once a month, one hour per session.

5. Come to each session ready with topics you wish to discuss, ensuring you have dedicated time and an environment free from distractions.

6. Ready to ‘meet yourself’ through honest self-observation and reflection.

7. A maximum of 2 cancellations or rescheduling requests can be accommodated throughout the entire program.

8. Participants who do not fulfill their commitment without a valid reason will be ineligible for future program participation.

Privacy & Confidentiality :

1. All personal information and details discussed during the coaching sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party without the participant's explicit consent.

2. Participants' personal data will be collected and used solely for the purpose of facilitating the coaching program.
